djohn, the fat lady ain't sung yet. She's done that thing with the tuner harmonica "me me me meeee", but has yet to launch into the finale, which is the announcement of the details of the IP deal.

It's been a long painful opera. Most of us ran out of butterscotch candies a long time ago, which makes everybody cranky. But the final act has begun. I suggest we wait for the big girl's song before we abandon the hope that our .9 billion dollar investment has some value.
