The obvious answer is usually the right one. I think that's definitely the case here. If there was any price-moving news in the DoE results, we'd already have heard about it.

Instead, we got management spin about how the results will still lead to wonderful, amazing things down the road. Sometime, someday.

Go back and listen to any previous webcast. You'll hear variations of the same discussion ... "significant progress" ... "far-reaching potential" ... "discussing the possibility" ... "very successful trip". No details on any of it, and very likely for good reason.
