My persistence has to do with everyone thinking there will be fins tomorrow, when he explicitly stated AFTERWARDS that all further fins would be audited. Everyone seems to be hung up on Friday. Those people are going to be disappointed and say he broke his word. In September, he said December BEFORE he had an auditor. In October, he said they would be audited, and it would take 6-8 weeks. Do you STILL think you'll see fins tomorrow?
People seem to have selective memory and only remember the things they want to remember.
And no, there is no such thing as 'preliminary fins'.
