Conversion Solutions Holdings (fka CSHD)

Can anyone tell me why the 2M + in 144 filings seem to be reomoved from history? I noticed last week they were removed from www.nasdaq.com and now they don't show on www.yahoo.com or a few other places I've checked.
I've never seen something like this happen before and I'm wondering if it has something to do with the merger. I know we are still expecting filings in order to complete the merger, and don't know if they are late or not. Is it possible the merger is being unwound?
Again, I don't have much experience with these but would love to hear some opinions. I don't understand why these filing can no longer be found under CSHD, and I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the CUSIP and merger.
