Mazars has been retained to provide us with the Annual Financials of the company. Those financials are due by the end of January. Steve will be issuing the latest quarterly Financials tomorrow after the bell. The quarterly financials will not be audited, however before you start downgrading the information, just remember that the numbers will be accurate as Steve would be a fool to not provide the most credible numbers as Mazars will be auditing them soon afterward.
