Think from another angle.....Ronin Capital Management "group" possibly finding out by some group that exited or refused back to the "active discussions" negotiating table with Peregrine that the IP was finally in late stage transfer development especially after Biomarkers ueashed from Sunrise ....and Ronin Hedge group realize LOTS of money will be available to Avid after all goes down ...

So Ronin Hedge Group wastes no time and makes a run on Avid ...all with clear knowledge they have no money backing to EVER sit at the table with Peregrine....but they want Avid because they know Avid will be a major benefactor ...

Ronin Hedge Group signs non disclosure agreement finally.....after accumulating some shares ....and the standstill agreement is telling as it clearly spells out many things ...

Lots of faith but I still want to be proactive and make sure all realize all are watching and fiduciary Duties come first
