Why would intelligent people take stock as compensation rather than cold hard guaranteed cash???

LOL! For the most obvious of reasons - There is no cash!

The cash is generated when the preferreds convert and dump into the retail market. Then the cash disappears.

JBZY is just a normal offshore pinky scam. About as normal as these scams come.
