My .02 cents ...so it would appear a RM is in fact going to happen...likely a functioning private REAL Oil and Gas co. with current revenue streams etc....they basically are buying the LGBS shell because its cheaper and quicker to go public this way ....good sign it looks like they are loading up on cheap shares before the announcement .... the new co. also wants all LGBS ducks in a row before merging another good sign ....so when all that happens they make an official announcement and we get some sort of stock split with the new co at the helm and start anew ...... acquiring...... my opinion............

I am stupid, do not pay attention to me or my posts...do not make buying or selling decisions based on my banter at all ...I am a negative person by nature and at best an amature investor. Hope everybody makes money here.
