The company’s tech idea is good but my problem with this is that when they say facebook is eyeing them, it becomes shady to me,

Facebook doesn’t have to spend a dime to have a bitcoin integrated on their system. They can tap Coinbase as an example to be part of facebook mobile payment. They don’t have to hire or train tech for maintenance, since coinbase is one of top bitcoin provider for anyone interested to have bitcoin
