Need to diversify customer base to consolidate business model from heavy reliance on couple large contracts.

Sell IP perhaps 500,000 million but that is wishful thinking.

In meantime until more customers are on contract and IP sold. Avid will need more capitol to sustain operations.

Lot of if factors in equation.
