Something went sour with that deal JP was on top of PR's, Filings, Radio, ect.

Are still very much working together today

Read between the lines
A lot of money is already invested in the WOFA shell that's a no brainer
The lights will come back on in due time and I don't think it will be very much longer with the volume spike of lately
