doog, I am inclined towards your same deduction. The only thing I can think of which they are working on and which can lead to a dramtic re-pricing is Prodras human trials.

If proven then they have to announce and immediately partner with some giant pharma (maybe with a non exclusivity Agreement or with something like a 5yrs window of exclusivity)

and that is the only way to regain NASDAQ compliance (leaving out the ugly dilution and reverse split options)
