If a public offering is made or any

kind of fund raising or deal making
is to be done, Tony should use a
number of his own shares for those
reasons. No increase in A/S and no
toxic notes. We as common stock
holders have already put up our
hard earned money. So now it's
time for Tony, BOD and BLTA to put
up for us.
