What is your basis for saying that Medizone's lawyers "won't explain the issue?"

From what I've heard, they argued that very point long ago and were rebuffed.

As you yourself said: when you're dealing with regulatory agencies, logic and common sense - and in this case, even saving human lives - doesn't really go into the equation. It's all about finding a way to assert power through the use of rulings and regulations. Really pathetic.
