MAJOR DD Confirmation -$ASFX -TFR has been filed with courts

It has been reported as a FACT - the the trustees final report on the BK case for $ASFX has been submitted and now awaits a judges approval.

This would mean that...ALL CLAIMS and JUDGEMENTS satisfied and would allow for the proper course of business to continue now for this public entity!

MOST COMMONLY - the Directors of the company - in this case Taylor- are likely already in contact with the trustee and /or former business owners who left $ASFX and also receive the TFR.

THE BK Case specifically allows for the proper filing of a merger to occur now that this shell would be void of any defaults, claims or judgements. As well- since a long period of time has passed - whoever does merge and take this shell will NOT have to substantiate any financials for the CORP...as there simply...were none.

NOW?.. While all of this has been going on....what has the firmer management been doing with their private companies ? I wonder if they still have these products they took to their other corps.

THERE WAS A REASON THIS BEGAN insider activity and it can now be directly timed by the actions of the Trustee and PACER. It would make perfect sense that after 6 years - the comaony has been working towards a means to an end here - and after reading that they certainly had a good case against the debtors - and were able to settle everything completely - it still would behoove the company hto engage in a MERGER with this empty shell that retains the incredible SS and at most 470 mil o/s.
