Totally disagree. The casino actually "is" regulated. When I play craps, I have complete confidence the dice aren't rigged & there are a fixed number of possible outcomes from the roll. Much more legit than OTC...


OTC is just like going to the casino. Only bet money you can afford to lose. Just like the casino, it's sketchy as heck but never know when you can hit the jackpot.
