Dilution Question

What is everyone using for the VWAP for the initial dilution from Nov 15-Nov 28? I've read the agreement a few times and I've probably missed it --- but could the dilution had started the next day using the 3 day VWAP or would the very first day AT LEAST 3 trading days later? To me that seems to be the biggest mystery on how many shares are left?

Anyways...seems to me as if it's going to land between 95-110M shares...and with this volume it might take the rest of the year. However, that assumes it stays in this range of 5 cents. Any news it could be a little lower and sooner...and if it drops to 3 cents it sure feels as if the market will buy that hand over fist and we end closer to 105M?

WITH THAT SAID....

Does it even matter for new investors establishing a position at a market capitalization of <$6 million? Especially the next few months as a trade? This is so undervalued here after this conversion it is shocking to me...

The combination of having to establish nearly an ENTIRELY NEW SHAREHOLDER BASE...combined with TAX LOSS SELLING...THE WASH RULE...WAIT AND SEE APPROACH for INVESTORS....has left those willing to take risk at this juncture a minimum 5 to 10 bagger in the short term, possibly much more.
