Completely agree - last call on $MKSEF - this Pps won't last IMO

This may be the last of the real shame here as sometime around lunch it became apparent thr box flipped and there just wasn't that much on the ask.

I a suspect we will see a substantial move to .25-.30 Pps in short order here as this begins CASING already before Christmas and drilling right after. That's insanely close to today's date :)
