I think they all do it.
If I shop at Land's End, I see Land's End ads everywhere I go.
If I shop at Home Depot, it's Home Depot ads all over the place, etc. etc.
Once I clear out my cookies, they go away until my searches start again.

Plus which I think they share info. I avoid Google like the plague, but gee whiz. The address on the ad I posted has google in it.
