business section and punch in Rich Cigars, Inc., they would see that it is still an active company and also lists the officers/directors with addresses. Also, if they click on the 04/27/2017 Amendment, they will notice a revamping of the share structure. The 29th of Dec is not that far off, so we should have more info about the spinoff within a week or two. GLTA
