That is true, that is why I am dumbstruck on these, scenario.

If they need money to fund their yet to established tech ideas, why not make a grand PR about it.
They could have made more money since these has a potential to run to .01.

I dont even understand why they need to RS, they owned 50% plus of the stock, that they can dilute if they wanted to.

I believe they can't cancel the RS because based on the legal agreement, it has to happen inorder for JP to secure his 100M escrow leverage if ever they dont pay him. And also by January they need to pay JP, wondering where they are going to get that big money.
