I ordered the oil over the weekend and then decided I wanted a higher dose. Just got off the phone with customer service. The woman was very professional, patient and was able to find out whatever information I requested. The company has three customer service people and she said they are quite busy. As an aside, she said to refuse the order that has already been sent to me (the lower dose order) and they will refund my money on that initial order.

They have a by one get one free (the gel caps, only) offer today so took advantage of that on my new order. I'll report back after I use it after a month, figuring that's a fair amount of time to give to see how it works for me. Also, whether or not I find benefit is not as important as whether or not a population of people find benefit. How many people are on all sorts of drugs made by rx companies who have found no relief? But then that same drug may bring relief to many. I hope this oil works because otherwise I may need to take a drug that has some potentially nasty side effects (brain fog being one of them). Worth a try. And, if there's a .0001 uptick at the open tomorrow feel free to thank me. Doing what I can to up the revs! ;o)
