A reverse split which has happened a few times now. Brings down the total shares as well as outstanding shares. This is an improvement moving forward. LACDD which I own and am making money off went public and did a reverse split to leave the pink. LEXG IS bringing down the amount of shares which in return will bring power back to the share holders. The owner maybe a crook but he is bringing in a lot more players thus time as well. I will be buying after the split
