That is what I am curious about what kind of technology they have that a highly skilled facebook coders cant recreate, if they are eyeing to be acquired why go through the length of going public?

They can sell their technology if ever existed, without going public. They can go straight to any interested buyers and sell it. Why go on public to get investment for what?
