Unfortunately, there are some brokerages such as TD Ameritrade who will not place "buys" for this stock due to DTC notices and guidance. Apparently, some brokerages are more conservative than others and will only allow you to "sell", not "buy". TD Ameritrade is one such brokerage. Can anyone suggest a brokerage that does permit "buys" of GERS?
