Retail sells them shares and they use them to push it lower. Shuffling the cards back and forth widdleing it down. No buying pressure due to lack of news and filings for past year, and no pumping on the main boards as well. I would like to average down so hope some more sellers give their shares over to market makers and they work it lower. If it was up to me i'd say clear off all bids and see how low these MMs will move it to trips, and then hit it with force when these RUMORED filings come out.
