Instead of spending this $225,000 on this useless junk mailing, why don't you just donate it to charity-case cash-strapped beggar LP1 (who has now delayed the production start date from March 2019 to June 2021) and tell them to put on their work boots and actually go do some work/mining out on the site for a month. Maybe if the Chinese actually saw these Ozzie pretend-mining people on the site with their toy shovels/picks/wheelbarrows working up a sweat they might be more inclined to pull out their fat wallet and invest in the JV.
