Assuming that the collateral shares for both Loan1&2 had been sold that would give 2.2 million shares (back then, I don't know how much of the increased OS in Q3 that belongs to Loan1&2). If we completely disregard the shares held by RHI, we only had 1 million shares on the free float on OTC (disregarding that some of those who reported to you might have sold, and also the increase in Q3). Yet we are trading 100k shares per day?
This reaks of manupulation - either almost all of the trades on OTC are fake, or we have naked shorting. The only other explanation I can think of is if a large chunk of the collateral shares are held on Merkur (although I find it strange that SIAF wouldn't point to that if this was the case).
