Dilution...It is amazing how hung up some are on the so called new dilution......Yes, I have to agree that restricted shares are dilutive....but way down the road. Restricted shares should not and can not affect the market before maturity. Most investors consider dilution to be shares issued that can be immediately sold into the open market which affects the current PPS for sure if they are dumped. This said, I would believe that TOM meant "NO DILUTION" as he was not issuing shares that could immediately be sold into the market. Yes ,its a play on words, but I have never really considered RESTRICTED SHARES as a dilutive threat in the short term...The float remains the same until the restriction matures. We do not know the terms of the restricted shares, therefore we do not know when the actual dilution could take place....it may be several years down the road and I just may be looking at the ALMIGHTY GREEN SKY by then....so I could care less....restricted shares are the smart way to deal...PERIOD..!!!!!
