No. It is due to both companies manufacturing solar panels that would not be subject to Section 201 tariffs that are expected to be 30%. This is the Suniva & SolarWorld trade petition on the President's desk that would add tariff on all polysilicon panels not manufactured in the united states.

All installers will take hit as soalr market contracts.
