That was not a halt it was large market sell order that was a circuit breaker so it took them time to get it back up. There was no halt! I added about 23 thousand more shares today and happy to get them ahead of the bigger run to $10.00 in the days ahead IMO. DPW has lot's of big news coming and the presentation next week. The entire float is gone well above $5.30 so anyone selling below $7.00 to $10.00 now is simply a day trader, flipper or short IMO.
