Fufat - FYI, level 2 means nothing in OTC/pink land, most of the action/deals happen in the back room with the issuance of below market and preferred shares to "special" people.

Sadly, market price usually matters to the small shareholders and other bagholders.

Why? Not much liquidity, you can generally only buy (not short) so things are one-sided, and the spreads are wider.

I know this because I traded professionally for quite some time.
