USMN - I have a small position in USMN.

Anytime a stock with an o/s of 31 mil reports a profit and it is trading near a cent I get interested.

After I bought it they released an 8-k regarding the issuance of a bunch of shares to pay for some acquisitions.

My first reaction was to want to dump it but then I thought this will probably see a pumpy pr announcing the acquisition once finalized.

I am not really recommending this but thought I would mention it in case someone is interested.
