Attached is a response letter from the environmental agency dated yesterday...bottom line we're still under technical evaluation, we spoke to them again yesterday and they've hired an outsourcing company to help them through the backlog of work they have. Next week I'll see how the Santos Administration can push this along, the agency is already being reamed for the delay and I don't want to make enemies by blatantly going over their heads like I've done before. We're not the only ones affected, there are other much bigger and stronger companies than us, but we have more personal relationship and haven't caused environmental harm like others may have. Auditors have committed to getting us complete through Sept. 30 by first week in Jan. We're engaging a Florida SEC law firm to file the Form 10 Registration Statement simultaneously to the filings due, that will officially put us back on track.
Additionally, we feel very strong about listing Sannabis Inc. on the U.S. markets. We aim to be leaders of the U.S. CBD market. Yesterday I was filming an intro tape as host of the Cannabis Economic Forum being held at a resort in North Carolina in March, set up to be like the Davos Forum for cannabis executives and investment funds.
Our native strain "Punto Rojo" is on of the most sought after landrace strains in the world, much more to come on that, don't be left out. Juan Pablo and I have very important meetings in Bogota next week. Email me for the subscription documents.
