as frustrating as it is , this further dilution finances the company for at least another year ,[ i was expecting a bigger haircut frankly ] , and frustrating BUT we have to remember this IS what the Philippines is founded on.................BULLSH@T.............but the fundamentals stay the same MANILA NEEDS THIS FLOW OF JUICE.......otherwise in 5 - 7 years it is Govt by candlelight. a deal IS pending it will just take a wee bit longer and the irony is it might be Easter when Jesus came back from the dead
