Absolutely. What some people fail to consider is that someone has to be buying all these note conversions. Coupled with the fact that although millions of shares are being put into the market, the PPS has held up very very nicely! Simple economics 101. Supply and demand. Every time the supply tapers off and even though the demand has remained the same the PPS starts to rise. If their was no demand and to supply continued this should have tanked well below what it is today!
