The last owner, Giro, was a college student lol. It says in the filings that he was going to spend something like 20-30 hours on the business while he completes school (last few paragraphs somewhere). So my guess is he didn't do shit with it, but keep it clean. Keeping it clean, however, was the best thing he could have done for us because now he can sell the shell to merge, with like say, some asian CEO with plans we have no idea about yet. I'm honestly giddy with excitement. Sipping my tea. Waiting.
