A company's IP doesn't have any meaning and value when there is no mention of any successful trial using that IP. When it's name is never mentioned anywhere. PPHM will get killed in an IP lawsuit with a big boy. And by the way, I was wondering, why does a manufacturing company have 7 people on it's board.
