I think the appeal here like many other shell plays is that this was at .0002 when there was literally nothing going on. Now out of the blue the owner has taken the time and money to make this current and it is still at .0004. One can only hope that they did this because there are plans to make something here.

Couple that with level II looking extremely thin for a .000x stock and I think that if there is any confirmed whisper of something coming here, then this will blow past the par of .001.
