the base builds the pps moves up and then all the hungry dumb flippers that like to make nothing except pay there brokers to move in and out of this become the only volume left. Six million shares traded three million two million then one million then less will do nothing but keep the pps down or below where it is now. Not enough long strong hands in this to push it to the $1+ level that you and many others keep yacking about over and over for months and months and soon a year. Without strong buys on the ask and strong core positions this will only keep going back down. News is in the distant past and they will not tell us anything and keep using our funds for whatever they feel like. THAT IS LIFE IN THE OTC GET USED TO IT
