Excellent article. Nice to hear they pay good benefits and do not take advantage of employees which I believe is very good. Good paying jobs and benefits will be key component for more states to really grasp the legality part of this verses an unchecked black market and the cost of incarceration that the AG appears to be focused entirely on.

I must say 16 employees is impressive to say the least. Certainly WW takes heed here and has a vision similar to this. Starbucks has an exceptional package to and they have grown beyond any rational expectation considering their benefit package. Unlike McDonald's & Walmart's of the world who really fail to grasp this understanding in a dog eat dog world. FWIW, I believe WW totally understands this and is also growing leaps and bounds. Here is a thought that is worth quoting and especially when understanding the crux of the whole article. "You get what you pay for." Quality and Expertise has a cost that should never be compromised.

We have a local multi-millionaire and I mean multi-millionaire to the 10th degree probably closing in as a billionaire that I know very well. In one of our conversations I asked him what made him so successful and his answer totally relates to this article. Hire the best people and pay them more than the rest and set the bar high...very high! IMO, one of the biggest reasons for failure is the inability of managers/owners to accept this concept. This was an excellent article with a message that was so relevant that it baffles me that more people fail to understand the concept of success. Sorry for the run-on sentences etc.
