Not quite yet, I believe. But another duck in a row, another cocoa in the basket. The senate debate really is where much of my focus is because most provinces and territories are already coming to terms with there legislative approach. The senate , especially conservative affiliates seem to be playing some politics with the bill, which is to be expected. Wether that translates to additional readings and unnecessary delays is to be seen. 7 months seems to be just enough time , bar any strange developments. Maybe sooner.
