Your unending optimism is to be admired.
However, it is sadly misplaced. This CEO will have many things to answer for to the shareholders when the company is finally wound up. The long-suffering shareholders have suffered nothing but dilution and it would be interesting to know where the funds raised have actually finished up. The lack of transparency is deplorable. The Series B shares and the properties attached to them are a kick in the face to shareholders, but the lack of AGMs preclude questions being asked.
So far as the technology is concerned, perhaps you should Google the subject to see how far behind is SMME. Surely you do not want this amateurish charade to continue.
