Of course the loan givers will "change their mind", that is what will be told to shareholders. "Syndicate of 5 banks" and bla bla, it will sound very pompous like there was a close battle that they almost got the loan. And at the end it was bank's fault, siaf did everything they could. Share holders were sooo close of this big success, damn the banks! smile

This seems a bit unclear to me. If Dan stated things that were clearly untrue to him, I agree that he should be sued. But if there is no big loan because the possible loan-givers have changed their minds this does not imply that Dan or anybody else deserve being criticized.
