I posted that Tom told me the PR was coming out monday. I stand by that post.

I was not BSing or anything else. I spoke via phone to speedmasters today and he will tell you what I said. Now if the PR doesn't come out then Tom lied to me or at the very least misstated himself.

As to the "delution", I clearly stated just exactly what Tom said and that was, "the company had issued some restricted shares to a lawyer and some to Tom's brother", I also made it VERY clear that the shares were RESTRICTED and ammounted to less than or approx 20 million which according to Tom brought the O/S up to less than 110 million.

Now I have no idea what Tom told anyone else but that is exactly what he told me.

Now delete the post if you want but we shall see what the O/S is when the company actually makes a filing.

Like I said if I am wrong I will be more than happy to eat crow.
