A lot of people in the same situation. I was. I owned 1 million shares at one point. Then as the price cratered, I started looking into Carl's past and the pasts of the people he did "business" with. That was when I started selling my holdings in VSPC to get back what I could. I'm glad I did.

I now own 25,000 shares, and have held them for quite a number of years.

It's really too bad Carl chose the dishonorable path instead of actually being a businessman.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
