Hey Howard - what area of the country do you live in? We used to live in DC ( I worked for the Fed Gov't there in procurement policy for the Secy of Treasury). Retired and now live in Williamsburg, Va. I teach Gov't contracting part-time all over the US. This keeps me off the streets and gives me some spending money - plus, I meet some interesting people.
