After they finish with the issuance of share to pay off the debt holders they should have enough cash for at least 10 months and perhaps even more if their sales continue to increase at the current or accelerated rate.

If they end at 100M shares O/S you are purchasing the company at a valuation of < $6 million. Also, aren't the warrants strike price $0.35 --- or I believe there was a cash option as well?

The past is the past...and yes, it speaks to management --- but at the end of the day at this point in time, picking up shares in this range is a no brainer.

The tax selling I believe has also played a significant part in the share price as the tax benefit is worth more then the actual shares at this point. Combine that with all investors being "weary" -- has opened the door up for fortunes to be made at these levels.
