Turner Successfully Initiates Filing and Disclosure Submissions to NASDAQ

HOUSTON, Texas – December 12, 2017 – Website Announcement –

Turner Valley Oil and Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTC: TVOG), pending name change to PrimeStar Bitumen, Inc., is pleased to announce that the Company has successfully initiated filing, public disclosure, and news distribution submissions to the NASDAQ reporting system. These are the first in a series of steps to prepare for up-listing to the NASDAQ.
As previously announced on November 27th, the Company has been approved for submission to the NASDAQ reporting system. As a result and from this point forward, the required 8K, 10K, Form 10, and related disclosures will be submitted using this method. Already, Turner has successfully submitted its 8K and closing disclosure announcement.
