YRC Worldwide Inc (YRCW)

I have been following this company for several years and i depend on the information given by the CEO and CFO during their cc and in their press statements. I have been listening to every cc and presentation and read as much as possible about the company. I gathered that this was once a healthy company run down by bad management who left and now new management trying to get it turned around and make it profitable again. I would love to know what i dont know. Please tell me what i miss.
